The sun shines bright, God’s mercy in my face
I feel His love, and I’m covered by His grace
I woke up new, His light in everything I see
Now I’m alive, redeemed inside, just the way He meant for me

And it’s a glorious day, in the love of my Savior
A glorious day, I’m alive in His sweet favor
He found me, now I’m free, walking in His way
And it’s a glorious day, such a glorious day

The wind is blowing, His Spirit is the breeze
Nature is calling, joy in every tree
My mind is calm, my soul in perfect peace
I’m walking tall, with faith that never leaves

And it’s a glorious day, in the love of my Savior
A glorious day, I’m alive in His sweet favor
He found me, now I’m free, walking in His way

No more shadows, just the light of His love
Every step I take, guided from above
The past is gone, my chains are all undone
In Him I’m found, and my new life has begun
