When the storm is raging, and the night feels long,
When you’re lost and broken, and everything seems wrong,
Remember His power, the work of His hand,
He’ll never leave you, so take the stand.

Take the stand, on His promises all true,
Hold on tight, He’s holding onto you,
When the world falls apart, and you don’t understand,
Take Him at His Word, and take the stand.

When the ground is shaking, and you’re losing your hold,
When life is growing colder, and the world feels so cold,
He’s the light in the dark, the rock where you land,
He’s never failed you, so take the stand.

Take the stand, on His promises all true,
Hold on tight, He’s holding onto you,
When the world falls apart, and you don’t understand,
Take Him at His Word, and take the stand.

Even in the valley, even in the fight,
He’s the God of the mountain, He’s the God of the night,
His word will never falter, His truth will always stand,
So lift your eyes to heaven, and take the stand.

Take the stand, when the doubts creep in,
His strength will hold you, His love will always win,
So stand in His power, with His truth at hand,
